Monday 26 February sees a welcome return for Michael McGoldrick, John McCusker, and John Doyle at Emsworth Baptist Church. You’ll, arguably, not get 3 finer exponents of Celtic Music on the same stage and if any of you saw them last year you’ll know what a great show they produce.
Friday 16 March Kanda Bongo Man & Kwasa Kwasa at Chidham Village Hall and the infectious Congolese rhythms of this charismatic front-man and his band will have the dance-floor filled from the start.
Friday 23 March Phil Cunningham & Aly Bain are back at Emsworth Baptist Church and this time we’ll put in a special stage so that they can be clearly seen when they sit down to play.
Friday 27 April The Strawbs (acoustic) at Emsworth Baptist Church. Dave Cousins, Dave Lambert, and Chas Cronk – the core players of one of the most influential folk-rock bands of all time. Along with Fairport Convention, Steeleye Span, and Pentangle, The Strawbs were pioneers in bringing English folk-rock to the worldwide stage.
