Racton Church Fete

Saturday 24th August 2.00 - 4.30pm at Lordington House, Racton, PO19 9DX, held in aid of 12th Century Racton Church, Save the Children Fund and Compton School, is again being held in the stunning country side setting of Lordington House by kind permission of Audrey and John Hamilton.

This traditional event which will be opened by the Dean of Chichester Cathedral, is great fun for all the family.

Come along and enjoy the Chichester Brass Band, the Forest of Bere Bowmen (maybe try your hand at archery), Punch and Judy, Terrier Racing, Vintage Car display, numerous Games including a Human Fruit Machine and delicious Teas/Cakes, Hot Dogs and Ice Creams.

There will be many stalls selling Plants and Produce, Lordington Lavender, Vintage clothes suitable for Goodwood Revival, Soft Furnishings, Cakes, Bric a Brac, Books, Sweets and Toys.

You can take part in the Art Competition, Pony Rides, Face Painting, the fun Dog Show and the Secret Auction, Win a Bottle, try your luck with the Tombola and enter the Grand Prize Draw.

Car parking is free and the entrance charge is £2.50 for adults.  Children go free.
