We are a small, mixed, sociable group of mostly retired folk who play badminton between 8 pm and 10 pm on Thursday evenings (between September and May) in the Parish Hall, Links Lane, Rowlands Castle.
We have a few vacancies for new members starting in September, so if you are looking for an enjoyable way to get some exercise and think badminton might be for you, why not go along and give it a try. Trial evenings are free and we only play doubles so you will not be by yourself on court! Evenings usually end with an (optional) visit to the local pub.
