We are a small, mixed, sociable group of mostly retired folk who play badminton between 8pm and 10 pm on Thursday evenings (between September and May) in the Parish Hall, Links Lane, Rowlands Castle.
We have a few vacancies for new members starting in September, so if you are looking for an enjoyable way to get some exercise and think badminton might be for you, why not come along and give it a try. Trial evenings are free and we play doubles so you will not be by yourself on court! Our evenings usually end with an (optional) visit to the local pub!
