Havant Rugby Club’s first XV suffered a disappointing end to the season when they lost a closely fought Hampshire RFU’s Gales HSB Cup final at Basingstoke’s Pack Lane ground on 26 April. Old rivals Basingstoke from the higher National League 3, won 13 - 11 in extra-time.
