A memorial plaque inspired by U3A The University of the Third Age Hayling donated by Postcode Publications was dedicated to the civilian fallen as a result of enemy action in World War Two at an unveilling ceromony held at the Hayling Island Community Centre on 13th November. The plaque will be available there for all to see.
