These were just a few of the comments Ofsted made about Mengham Junior School after their inspection in January. Grading the school as "GOOD" overall, Ofsted recognised the polite, friendly and enthusiastic attitudes of pupils who enjoy their learning with good concentration.
Inspectors also commented on the teachers who are keen to improve their practice still further and who provide motivational, well planned and purposeful activities which challenge their pupils.
The Senior Leadership Team and Governors said, "We are extremely proud of our achievements at Mengham Junior School and we are very pleased with the report. Our aim is to provide our children with an exciting and engaging curriculum, a thirst for knowledge and a passion to discover and innovate for themselves. We look forward to building on this success and continuing on our journey."
