District leader Lesley-Anne Bush gave Rafe Garvey and Declan Green the Chief Scout Silver award - the highest award a cub can get. The cubs took part in numerous activities such as archery, camps, sleepover, backwoods cooking, hikes and rifle shooting to obtain this badge.
