Steal their Style: Red Carpet Edit

So far this year we’ve had the Golden Globes and the National Television Awards to gather fashion inspiration from. There are some stand out trends to work with and the high-street stores are bursting with Spring colours and textures. I’ve selected a few of my favourite red carpet looks and included more budget friendly versions.

GiulianaGiuliana Rancic looked like a Disney princess on the red carpet at the Golden Globes. Floral is a massive trend this season and teamed with the dusky pink background and metallic belt, seoozes chic.

Floral DressThis pretty floral A Line skirt is a more wearable and can be teamed with a cropped turtle neck if you’re blessed with a tiny tummy, or with a sleeveless ruffle blouse for a feminine look. M&S £49.50

Michelle KeeganMichelle Keegan looked stunning in a white peplum dress with beautiful softly waved hair. Michelle never puts a foot wrong with her style choices and pristine white is a popular look this spring.

HollyHolley Willoughby looked every inch the red carpet starlet in this beautiful soft pink floor length gown. The figure hugging style accentuates her curves and her classic soft curled hair tops off the look perfectly. The simple added sparkle of the brooch fits well with the embellishment we’ll be seeing lots of this this season.

MissguidedThis pretty long sleeve dress is just waiting for a silver jewelled brooch or choker to give it that extra sparkle. Add a skinny contrasting belt instead if bling isn’t your thing.

Missguided £35.00

Scarlett MoffatScarlett Moffat chose the very current fuschia hue to attend the awards in. This modern look ticks several boxes for Spring.

JerseyThese flattering shorts from Topshop (right) can be dressed up with a boxy jacket and heels or turned casual with a soft jersey top and pumps. £26.00

Isabelle HuppertIsabelle Huppert and Mary Berry showed that when you’re 50 plus you can still sparkle with the best of them. Both ladies showcased sequin embellished gowns in soft subtle shades to suit their amazing figures. Sequins are HUGE this Spring/ Summer and are being seen on bags, shoes and scarves as well as clothing.
