The Makers Fayre is the brain child of two crafty friends who both run their own creative businesses. The duo wanted to create an eclectic, vibrate outlet for local designer makers to show case their talents and the beautiful one of a kind items that they make.
“It is a crafters dream to have retail space. For many it is a hobby that has developed into a business and many retail spaces are too pricey, we wanted to keep costs affordable and create a diverse, interesting mix of beautiful things!†Megan- Beth Millar
The Makers Fayre has an ever changing stock as all items are handmade once they are gone it is unlikely they will have the same piece in again, and there are always openings for new sellers.
As well as selling home wares and gift items, The Makers Fayre is also a stockist for earthborn paints, an eco-friendly paint that comes in clay and eggshell finishes as well as emulsion, wood stain and masonry paint in a range of spectacular colours, perfect for all those paint jobs both creative and practical around the home.

The Makers Fayre is passionate about celebrating handmade and will be embarking on a timetable of CrafTea Afternoon workshops for all abilities and covering a range of crafts, and regular crafty clubs.
